Two Piece House by delavegacanolasso, part of the tinyhome.es project, introduces a custom prefabricated modular home produced in Spain and transported by truck. This design combines two distinct volumes: the original house, updated with solar-controlled curtain walls, self-regulating slat façades, and deciduous trees for seasonal shading, and a custom steel prefab module crafted from cor-ten lattice. The second piece forms a filtered entrance, capturing the setting sun and serving as a transition between the house and surrounding landscape. Together, the two pieces offer a duality of materials and concepts—one opaque and private, the other open and airy—unified in a cohesive, two-part design.
Simple solutions, cozy spaces that invite you to stay, and natural materials that are shown as they are.

Two Piece House launches the tinyhome.es project, introducing prefabricated modular homes built in Spain and delivered by truck. This fully custom project includes a 100% cor-ten steel sheet volume that complements and completes the existing structure.
The first piece, a house with simple, elegant architecture, has been renovated with a solar-controlled curtain wall, a self-regulating slat façade, and the addition of deciduous trees to shield the house from the summer sun while allowing sunlight in during winter.
The second piece is a custom-made steel prefab module featuring a small cor-ten lattice structure. This filtered entrance shapes the setting sun, forming an anteroom for the house and an access hall that transitions between the home and the surrounding steppe.
This piece completes the first: one opaque and mysterious, the other open and exposed. Two materials, two concepts, seamlessly combined into a two-part design.
