Private Residence No. 07, designed by FLXBL Design Consultancy, is an exposed-concrete house located in a neo-posh area. Crafted for a family of four, it integrates nature with elevated gardens and a rooftop courtyard. The design uses a mix of wood and urban fabric interiors contrasting with the concrete exterior, while strategically oriented openings provide natural light and ventilation. The ground floor features interconnected living, dining, and family rooms with peripheral gardens, and the first floor includes bedrooms and an entertainment room overlooking green spaces.

Private Residence No. 07 is located in the heart of a neo-posh neighborhood. This exposed-concrete house illustrates how architecture can express the human mind through a clever play of open and closed spaces. Designed for a family of four, the house integrates nature into daily life with features like an elevated garden and rooftop courtyard.

The residence showcases programmatic and experiential continuity through a complex interplay of solid and void elements. The interior spaces, adorned with a mix of wood and urban fabrics, create a striking contrast with the concrete exterior, enhancing the overall aesthetic.

Designed to suit the local climate, which is predominantly hot, the house ensures ample natural light and ventilation in every room. Openings are strategically oriented to maximize light from the north and east facades while minimizing heat gain from the south and west.

Interior voids, facade openings, the rooftop courtyard, elevated garden, and extended walls work together with light, shadow, and landscape to blend nature with the monolithic identity of the structure. The ground floor features a large living room extending to the dining area in the south, a family room in the west, and the entrance in the east, all overlooking peripheral gardens.

The living room is oriented on a north-south axis to draw in northern light. The kitchen and dining areas extend into a southern dining patio and raised garden. The entrance approach offers views of the rooftop garden and hints at a secret tree court. On the first floor, bedrooms and an entertainment room run along the eastern side of the rooftop courtyard, capturing expansive views of the green spaces and treeline.
