% Arabica Ho Chi Minh City Roastery is located in the heart of District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, an area known for its vibrant energy and historic architecture. Positioned next to the Central Post Office, the store offers customers a chance to enjoy coffee with views of Notre Dame Cathedral.
The design preserves the location’s heritage by retaining traditional base and exterior materials. Modern elements are introduced through two glass blocks extending from inside to outside, forming the main functional areas: a roasting space and a kitchen. A central pathway invites natural light and creates shadow effects through a rattan ceiling, encouraging customers to explore or relax on the waiting bench.
The seating area is divided into indoor and outdoor spaces, with glass partitions enhancing the space and offering views of both the surroundings and the coffee-making process. Iconic % Arabica stool seats dominate the outdoor area, while other furniture maintains a minimalistic design, reflecting the brand’s philosophy.
The store’s interior and architectural elements exhibit an industrial vibe, characterized by the predominant use of white, stainless steel, and exposed aggregate floors, a nod to local materials from the past. Wooden accents and plants balance the industrial charm, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for every customer.
