La Cadiere Lake City is a distinctive Master Plan development featuring diverse building programs, including residential, hotel, retail, and cultural buildings. Centrally located within the Master Plan, Yi Xin Lake serves as a gateway to Chengdu’s new district, surrounded by a vast green landscape. Open spaces, such as landscaped plazas and squares, provide venues for socializing, dining, gathering, and entertainment, linking various lakeside functions.

The Corporate Mansion Towers in La Cadiere One Lake City are positioned to maximize views of the central lake. The towers vary in height and mass to create an undulating skyline, allowing clear views and generous space between buildings. The façade language is clear and ordered, unifying the towers while expressing quality through materiality and details.

The towers are clad with light silver aluminum panels in a vertical grid layout, featuring varying horizontal and vertical elements. The light silver-grey low-energy glass offers clear views of the lake while unifying the buildings into a pure, balanced form. An interlay of fins, edges, and louvers breaks the scale and mass of the towers, creating a rich, balanced façade identity.

The landscape environment forms a lush, peaceful setting that unifies the base of the towers and provides residents with various programs and functions. A composed courtyard with a pavilion and sloped water features creates a sense of arrival. From this point, a series of landscape walkways connect the central lawn and residents’ areas.

The landscape design strengthens the interaction between interior and outdoor spaces, utilizing natural light and a balanced palette of materials. The spaces offer a sequential experience as residents move from indoors to outdoors. The south zone landscape plot embodies an urban resort atmosphere, with linked courtyards and gardens stepping in sections to create privacy and tranquility.

Stepped landscaped terraces differentiate space along the plot boundary, capturing views of Yi Xin Lake. A large sculptural water feature creates a reflecting surface, forming a visual extension of Yi Xin Lake into the development and a central gathering space. Courtyards and walkways framed by varied landscaped trees, shrubs, and hedges enhance the resort feel with illumination at night.
