Faber Terrace is a corner terrace house with its full side facing the street. To maintain privacy while ensuring light and ventilation, a slatted timber screen covers the entire side elevation. The front of the house features an outdoor terrace with a high volume that opens to the main garden.

The space transitions into a double-volume living room, which includes a two-story feature bookshelf. The first floor is open plan, with large glass sliding doors that lead to the lush side-garden.
